Account Registration and Identity Verification

Only one account per person is permitted on the 3999bet platform. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be immediately closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• The user's name, mobile number, and email address must belong solely to that individual.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

Regular members on the 3999bet platform can receive weekend special rewards — up to 50% of the deposit, maximum ৳10,000, wagering 15 times. There is also the 3999bet Slots Festival Bonus (up to 30%, ৳8,000, wagering 20 times) and the Cricket Season Reload (up to 40%, ৳12,000, wagering 18 times).

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are usable on the platform only and cannot be transferred as cash.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If fraudulent use of a bonus is suspected, 3999bet may place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is completed.
• Minimum The minimum deposit for any bonus is ৳500.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the user's account has sufficient balance and the system successfully confirms it. If a transaction remains incomplete due to a network issue, that bet will not be counted.

5.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a system error, software problem, or any technical fault, 3999bet reserves the right to cancel that game or round and refund the stake. 3999bet's decision on such matters is final.

5.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the rules of the relevant section specify how a bet is settled if a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled. For live betting, the applicable rules will be followed if the result changes after a bet is placed.

5.4 VIP Program

The 3999bet VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level provides a weekly cashback, which is a portion of the net loss for that week. Bronze offers up to 0.2% and Diamond offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Advancement to a VIP level is determined by the user's regular activity.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 3999bet platform. Violating these rules may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Creating or completing verification of an account using another person's identity documents.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account or payment method.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or technical fault.
• Bonus fraud — using multiple accounts or identities solely to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.2 Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they may contact customer support. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned.

Limitation of Liability
